The rules are for the safety of all riders and must be adhered to when participating on Club Night.

• bike must be in working order
• protruding bike accessories must be removed
• helmet and gloves must be worn
• full length jersey and trousers are recommended
• bike and body pads are recommended
• ride correct way around the track
• do not stop in the middle of the track (move to the side)
• do not throw litter onto the track
